Zetta Thomelin

Chair

Zetta runs a successful hypnotherapy practice “Head Together” in Deal and in London. Zetta started her career in the media – as part of the management team of News International and later Director of GCP, she has edited the BAThH Journal for six years. Zetta has also been a member of the BAThH Board for several years, she brings many years experience as a CEO in the third sector to her role as Chair of BAThH. Zetta is also the Vice-Chair of UKCHO and a trustee of the Research Council for Complementary Medicine. She is the author of two books “The Healing Metaphor” and “Self-Help, Self-Hypnosis” and runs practitioner level training through her company “Headtogether Training”. She has a vision to make BAThH the kite mark of excellence in hypnotherapy practice in the UK.

Previously a Director in the global corporate sector, Rebecca Northfields’ expertise is rooted in creative experiences and talent development. Tenacious about driving results and a proven problem solver, Rebecca skilfully identifies opportunities, develops tailored solutions, and unlocks people potential.

As an agent for change and a capability cultivator, Rebecca champions positive growth-mindset within her newly co-founded practice ‘The Positivity Therapists’. Here she synthesises her knowledge & experience into the development of guided cognitive experiences, with a mission to help clients release, recalibrate, retrain and reinvigorate their unlimited possibilities.

Rebecca Northfield BA(Hons), D.Hyp is a member of the board at BAThH leading comms, marketing & PR, and a member of the comms and research subcommittee at UKCHO.

Mia Pal

Mia Pal
Research & Ethics

Mia Pal is a Neurolinguistic psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, consultant on trauma and trauma related difficulties, founder and director of In Cognition UK; serves as Chair of the BPS North West branch. BA( Honours), MBPsS, PGDip.

Julie Adams

Julie Adams
Treasurer

Julie is the current Treasurer for BAThH. She has had a varied career mainly in digital marketing, account management and partnership development in the tourism sector including at P&O and Post Office. She is a hypnotherapy practitioner in Canterbury, Kent.

Louise Matthews

Louise Matthews
Secretary

As the BAThH Secretary Louise brings a wealth of administrative experience from working in The City and local University for many years.  As well as having a Hypnotherapy business Louise is a Reflexologist being interested in the connection between our minds and body.
