About Me:
My Hypnotherapy career started 11 years ago after I began to have panic attacks that seemed to come from no-where. I’ve always been someone who would try to use an alternative/holistic approach as opposed to taking a pill and decided to try Clinical Hypnotherapy. I didn’t know anything about the subject but after just 3 sessions my panic attacks stopped. I was astounded that such a gentle and considered approach could be so powerful and decided that I wanted to help others. In my spare time I love DIY and have recently gone through building my own house!
As a Qualified Hypnotherapist, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients, empowering them to get the most out of life by helping them move forward whilst leaving their issues behind.
