More About Me…
I’m professional, friendly, compassionate and approachable… but if you want someone to challenge you, I can do that too! I will tailor my approach to meet your needs and personality.
I offer a bespoke personalised transformational approach, which can include:
- Unconscious work including hypnotherapy and NLP
- Conscious work including Life Coaching
- Somatic/body based work including EFT and breathing approaches
Whether you are new to these kinds of therapy and need reassurance, or experienced and confident doing deep work (e.g., with hypnotherapy I can do regression and inner child), I can help you achieve profound change and healing.
My sessions are available online, by phone or in person in Dorset (including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, Wimborne and surrounding areas).
I support a wide range of clients, including both men and women, young and old.
As a mum to two little girls, I understand motherhood can mean navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, feeling lost, wanting to be a positive role model and/or just a desire for something deeper, and so I also offer some online/group programmes and webinars for mums.
