Behavioural change for people who look fine on paper

Most people who come to me are doing well. Good career, good reputation, the life that reads well from the outside. What brings them in is the gap between that and how it feels underneath. The same situations that keep repeating. A reaction they cannot talk themselves out of. The sense that something is running them that they did not choose.

That is the work. Not managing it or coping better, but finding the pattern underneath and changing it at the root.

I work with private clients and with senior leaders and executives. The presenting issue varies (anxiety, a stuck response, performance under pressure, something from years back that still has its grip) but the approach is the same. Much of my training is in reading behaviour and what sits beneath what people say, so I work from what is actually happening in front of me and build the session around that, rather than running you through a fixed script.

The toolkit is broad: clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, CBT, EFT, NLP, and gut health and stress testing where the body is part of the picture. I do not lead with technique names because they are not the point. The point is what changes, and whether it holds.

I practise from a private room in Harrietsham, Kent, from 10 Harley Street in London, and online. First sessions run to two hours, so there is room to do real work rather than just take a history.
