I am a holistic psychotherapist, licensed NLP Master Practitioner and registered BAThH hypnotherapist, with 16 years in practice and three decades before that in global executive leadership.

Most of the people I work with are functioning perfectly well on the outside. You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support.

I work with individuals and couples on relationship strain, burnout and career transitions, emotional resilience, and
grief and loss. Where it is wanted, I also draw on Pranic Healing, past life regression and astrological charting, alongside hypnotherapy, NLP and therapeutic counselling.

The EAER framework

Every piece of work follows the same four steps, so you always know where you are and what comes next.
Explore. Investigating your landscape to achieve total clarity.

Accept. Establishing ground zero, so that genuine understanding has somewhere to happen.
Evaluate. Mapping the “what if” scenarios that break the freeze.

Respond. Moving from insight to execution, with a concrete plan you leave with.

In a one-to-one session you can expect a confidential, unhurried conversation and a practical way forward rather than open-ended talking.

We look at what is actually happening now, where the pattern underneath it comes from, and what can be done about it. You leave with something you can use, not just something you have discussed.

The first conversation is free and lasts 20 minutes, with no obligation either way. It exists so you can find out whether this is right for you before spending anything.
